Chapter VIII.	Inspection
Article 16.	The Director(s) provides the Partners with
the annual balances of the Company. At a meetingof the
Partners, the Partners shall be entitled to appoint an
external auditor, with international experience, to act as
an independent auditor to the Company so as to inspect
the Company’s books and records. The Director(s) shall
procure that the external auditor receives all documents
and information as well as the right to inspect and make
the respective copies of all accounting books and
records.
Chapter IX. Reorganization and Liquidation
Article 17.	Company existence may be suspended:

b)	In case of bankruptcy;
c)	By decision of the court;
