Officer of the Company (Citizen of India, Bom on 25.08.1973 and holder of passport
No. Z6372529, issued on 05.08.2021 and valid till 04.08.2031 and having a permanent
address at Ojha Niwas, Jawahar Park, Rajgarh Road, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. India)
to be its attorney and conferring upon him as its attorney, the powers, authorities and
discretion hereinafter appearing.
NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESSETH that the Company hereby appoints
Mr. Shashi Bhushan Ojha, as its true and lawful attorney (hereinafter called as the
‘Attorney’), Head of the Branch Office of the Company in Georgia (hereinafter called
as "the Company's Branch Office") in the name and on behalf of the Company to do

of the Republic of Georgia including state bodies of justice, statistics, tax bodies,

2. To enter into, make, sign, seal, execute, deliver, acknowledge and perform any
contract, agreement, deeds, application, petition, writings or things to be entered
keen on, made, signed, sealed, executed, delivered, acknowledged and performed
in the management or conduct of the business in Georgia on behalf of the
Company.
3. To appear in the name and in representation of the Company, before any
Government Office or Court or tax authorities or any other public authorities and
entities in Georgia and to sign in the name and in representation of the Company
whatever documents which may be required under the laws of Georgia.
4. To make, draw, accept, sign, execute, endorse or otherwise realize or negotiate pay
and meet and discharge all bills, challans, measurement books, bills of exchange,
bills of lading, delivery orders, letters of credit, railway receipts, trust receipts,
circular notes, policies of insurance and such other papers connected with or
related to the projects in Georgia.
5. To receive and give effectual receipts and discharges for all or any moneys which
may by virtue of these presents be paid to or received by the said Company from
any authority or person.
6. To do, execute and sign any acts and things concerning change of legal address
and/or other data subject to mandatory registration at the corporate registry of
Georgia of Company's Branch Office in all public authorities and entities of the
Republic of Georgia including state bodies of justice, statistic, tax bodies etc. all
relevant formalities / documentation for the purposes of changing the legal address
and/or other corporate data of the Branch Office.

AND GENERALLY to do and perform all such acts, deeds, matters and things in
relation to the Georgia Branch Office as the Attorney shall think expedient as fully and
effectually in all respects as the Company itself could do by law AND the Company
hereby ratifies and confirms and covenants for itself and its successors and assigns to
ratify and confirm all whatsoever the Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in
or about the Georgia Branch Office by virtue of these presents.
This Power of Attorney shall be in force until it is revoked by the Company or
