You have 5 minutes to get ready, Jessica.” My little brother Sammy ran up to his bedroom and I went to the garage to get my new surfboard. Sam started laughing and I got very angry, but then I saw a nest of sea turtle’s eggs. Some baby turtles stayed in the nest, others ran right to the sea. They were so small and so sweet. It was fantastic! We watched the baby turtles until it was time to come back home. Sammy and I were friends again. We took many photos and made a video with a baby turtle hatching from an egg. On the way home, we were quiet. Sammy fell asleep and I just thought that it was a beautiful day, the best summer day in my life. 22
