This small book should be a help for the Service Departement. During installation and explication of the system, the user should be trained how to use it.
When there is a breakdown on the system, the user himself should test the system as far he is able. Telling the Service Departement the fault and till what STEP he could do the test, would be a great deal to prepare the material for the intervention. At the end, the Service should be more efficient, and the user more satisfied.
