lnstructions:
How to solder:

When you press Q), the @ will light up in Ыuе
color, the item will start to work;
when you release Q) , the @ will go out;
-
When you put the item оп its stand, the ® will
light up in red color, it means the item is under
charging.

When the power charging is finished, the ®
will change to green color.

When you take the item from the stand, the ®

File off any dirt, rust or paint оп the part you wish to solder.

Apply rosin-based solder to the part and melt it with the soldering iron.
Note: when using non-rosin-based solder, Ье sure to applya soldering
paste to the part before applying the solder.
~Wait for the solder to cool and harden before moving the soldered part.

Always keep tips coated with tin to ensure а long service life.
Handle the heated soldering iron with extreme саге, as the high
temperature of the iron сап cause fires or painful burns.

Battery instructions:
1. Battery model: Li-ion DC3.6V 2200mAh
2 . Dimensions: 18x65mm
3. Default state of the battery
The state of charge is at about 45% . The ореп circu it voltage is
3.700V-3.750V.Because the battery will consume electricity Ьу itself, 45%
state of charge can't Ье guaranteed when it reaches customers . Vio lent
vibratio n, shock, exposure to the sun ог ra in during transportation must Ье
avoided .
4 . Life expectancy : Standard cyc le and continuous use for 300 times before
the state of charge drops to 80% of its standard state of charge .
5. Temperature range during use:
Charging: О-50 °С С <45 °С advised)
Discharging: -20- 65 °С С <60°С advised)
lnstructions оп proper using and handling of lithium batteries
1. Charging
1.1. Charging voltage must Ье set 4.2V/cell. Considering the voltage deviation
of the charger, charging voltage must Ье below 4 .20V/cell . Even if under
abnormal conditions, charg ing vo ltage should not Ье above4 .225V/cell in
order to avoid over-charging. Battery lifespan wil l Ье shortened Ьу
charging vo ltage above 4 .2V, leading to cell failure and even serious
safety proЫems.
1.2. Cell must Ье charged with се (constant current) - CV (constant vo ltag e)
method. Do not use the continuous charging method.
1.3.When cell vo ltage is below 2. 75V, Cell should Ье pre-charged with current
below О.2С . When cell voltage reaches over 3.0V, standard charge сап
begin. And if ce ll vo ltage never reaches 3.0V in 1 hour,charging should
Ье stopped .
1.4 .Charger should Ье аЫе to monitor the charging status Ьу timer, current
detection ог ореп circuit voltage detection. When charger detects the cell
is fully charged, charging should Ье stopped .

2. Discharging
2.1 . The discharge current of а cell must Ье below specified in the product
specification :О . 5С .
2.2.The discharge end voltage of а cell must Ье above specified in the
product specification: 2.75V. •
2.3. The cell should not Ье over-discharged below 2 .5V.
2.4 . The cell should Ье discharged within а range of temperatures specified in
the product specification.
3. Storage
3.1. The cell should Ье stored in а dry area and по corrosive gas.
3.2.Storage temperature
When stored within 1 month : -30°С - +6О 0 С
When stored within 3 months: -30°С - +45°С
When stored within 12 months: -20°С - +25°С
3.3 . The pack should Ье recharged to 45% SOC if the pack has never been
used for one (1) year, th is will avoid the cell voltage drop too low.
Safety lnstruction
1. Use or charge the battery only in the stipulated application.
2. Use the correct charger for Lith ium batteries .3. When connecting а battery
pack to а charger, ensure correct polarity, do not reverse charge batteries.
4. Do not maintain secondary batteries оп charge when not in use .
5. Never put а battery into water or seawater.
6. Don't throw the battery into the fire.
7.Do not use or leave the cell under the Ыazing sun (or in heated саг Ьу
sunshine). The ce ll may generate heat, smoke or flame .
8.Do not dismantle, open or shred cells.
9.Do not solder directly to batteries.
10.Do not subject batteries to adverse condition such as extreme temperature,
deep cycling and excessive overcharge/over discharge.
11.Do not short-circu it batteries. Do not store batteries haphazard ly in а Ьох
or drawer where they may short-circuit each other or Ье short-circuited Ьу
conductive materials, permanent damage to batteries may result .
12.Do not incinerate or muti late batteries, may burst or release toxic material.
13 .Do not subject batteries to mechanic~I shock.
A warning!
1.1. When using а new battery or а battery to Ье used for the first time after
long term storage, please fully charge the battery before using .

1.2. ProhiЬition of reverse charge
Reverse charge is prohiЬited. Cells shall Ье connected correctly. The
polarity has to Ье confirmed before wiring. lf а cell is connected
improperly, the cell cannot Ье charged. Simultaneously, the reverse
charging may cause damage to the cell which may lead to degradation of
cell performance and damage the cell safety, and could cause heat
generation ог leakage.
1.3. Do not mix our batteries with other battery braпds ог batteries of а
differeпt chemistry such as alkaliпe апd ziпc сагЬоп .
1.4. Do поt mix пеw batteries iп use with semi-used batteries, which may
result iп over-discharge.
1.5. lf fiпd апу пoise, excessive temperature ог leakage from а battery, please
stop using .
1.6. Wheп the battery is hot, please do поt touch it апd haпdle it, until it has
cooled dowп .
1. 7 . Do поt remove the outer sfeeve from а battery pack пог cut iпto its
housiпg.
1.8. Wheп fiпd battery power down duriпg use, please switch off the device to
avoid over discharge.
1.9. After usiпg, if the battery is hot, before rechargiпg it, allow it to cool iп а
well-veпtilated place out of direct suпlight.

impact. Heat may Ье geпerated ог fire may result.
1.11. Кеер the battery away from baЬies апd childreп. lf swallowed, see а
doctor immediately.
1.12. lп the eveпt of а cell leakiпg , do поt allow the liquid to come iпto coпtact
with the skiп ог eyes. lf coпtact has Ьееп made, wash the affected агеа
with copious amouпts of water апd seek medical advice .

1. Wheп поt using а battery, discoппect it from the device .
2. Uпplug а battery Ьу holdiпg the соппесtог itself апd поt Ьу pulliпg at its
cord.
3. Used batters should Ье treated Ьу authorized units.
4. After exteпded periods of storage, it may Ье necessary to charge апd
discharge the batteries several times to оЫаiп maximum performaпce.
5 . Secoпdary batteries give their best performaпce wheп they аге operated at
пormal room temperature .
6. Кеер batteries сlеап апd dry.
7 . Wheп disposiпg of secoпdary batteries, keep batteries of differeпt
electrochemical systems separate from each other.
